Virtual tour of the Washington apartment to be renovated

Our client wanted to virtualize his Washington apartment in order to:

• to be able to project themselves into a virtual renovation before starting the work.
• to put it on sale as soon as it is purchased thanks to realistic rendering photos.

This virtual tour of the apartment allowed us to create a 2D plan to the nearest centimeter and to virtualize the renovation.

We provided him with realistic renderings, a 3D plan and a virtual tour of the renovated apartment.

Thanks to this work provided by Home3D&Co. our client put the apartment up for sale before starting the work.
